October 6, 1PM Rinconada Picture Day

Dear AYSO player and parents,

 As you probably know, a 5 x 7 team photo and a 3 Ω x 5 individual photo
are included in each player's registration with AYSO. Pictures will be taken
either on September 29 or October 6, depending on the team you are on. We
will use a process similar to last year's.  Picture day date, time, and place:
Your coach will let you know the day and time of your photo shooting. There
is also a schedule on the web site http://www.ayso26.org/calendar.html#PICTURE.
You are requested to meet the rest of your team at Rinconada Park, in front
of the Fire Station. You should wear your AYSO uniform and be on time.  Wayne
Salvatore Photography envelope: Within the next few days, your coach will
give you a 9 1/2 x 6 1/2 envelope, labeled with your name, address, phone
number, and team number. Our photographer, Wayne Salvatore, provides this
envelope in advance of picture day, so that you can add your shirt number
as well as any special order you would like to make in addition to your free
team and individual pictures.  What you have to do: * MANDATORY: Write your
SHIRT NUMBER on the label that bears your name (this information is not available
in our database) * If you want to make a special order, fill out all relevant
fields on the envelope and do not forget to include payment.  * If you do
not want to order any picture beside the free ones, you have nothing else
to write on the envelope. * Bring your envelope (and payment if relevant)
with you on picture day  Your pictures will be given to you at the end of
the season.  See you on picture day!  Chantal Vivier Picture day coordinator

Susan Nicholls - Quake Game

Hi,

I wanted to follow-up with the discussion we had at practice about going to
see an Earthquakes soccer game as a team. AYSO has a promotional flyer
that you can look at, at www.ayso026.org, then go to
YouthSoccerDay9/21Flyer. Team members pay $5.50 and the rest of the family
pays $11/ticket. They have a youth soccer parade, probably at half time
and some other special deals. The game is on Sept 21 at 7:00 in San Jose.

My family has gone to a few games and we love them. They only last a
couple of hours and are action packed. The stadium is pretty small so most
of the seats are pretty good.

Anyways, let me know in the next couple of days if your family would like
me to buy tickets and how many you would like.

Thanks,
Sue
